SAD DAY!!

Last night Mattson plucked 7 i repeat 7 grey hairs from my head!

sad day I'm getting old

i guess its time to start dyeing my hair

before it looks like this eekkk

Face mask numero uno

Face mask #1

aspirin mask: helps heal acne, pimples, rashes

recipe:

crush 3 aspirins

warm honey

drop of extra virgin olive oil

directions:

crush aspirins with back of spoon,

warm honey and add to aspirins,
add drop add evoo stir together,

cover face or apply to problem areas,

*wait 10 minutes

wash off with warm wash cloth

discovery:

feels a bit grimmy/chunky (maybe i didn't "crush" aspirins good enough), but face feels very clean and refreshed, ill see what the "pimples" look like in the AM.

and i shall try more home remedies face masks soon, check back for my findings

A Life Change

So this week I'm starting my life change... which is exercising, i started Monday going out on runs with Nikita! and I'm four days into it! i hope i can keep going strong! my goal would be to drop about 20 pounds, my dream would be about 40 pounds! Matt is being very supportive and ill be posting my updates so that i have more encouragement to meet my goals! :)
