So this week I'm starting my life change... which is exercising, i started Monday going out on runs with Nikita! and I'm four days into it! i hope i can keep going strong! my goal would be to drop about 20 pounds, my dream would be about 40 pounds! Matt is being very supportive and ill be posting my updates so that i have more encouragement to meet my goals! :)
